Oh my GOD! How does one decide between duct tape and hefty bags? Both elegant looks! Perhaps one will look better than the other in photos?

Gail, if you use the post consumer bags and TURN THEM INSIDE OUT they have sort of a shark skin effect, why just last night when I was getting ready to go out I .... oh.
