Done packing, house buttoned up, looks like I'm all set for 4:30 in the AM.

Scott B

Second.

Oh, never mind.

Scott P

It's a blizzard, Julie. Ain't ya got no imagitation?

Where you traveling? :)

Scott P

Hey, Scott! Merry, merry right back atcha. We're due for a few beers, don't you think?

Julie

It's JWebb outside in a white suit.

Scott P

Heh, Julie. I guess you got more imagitation than I do...

Julie

Yow! I didn't even notice there were 2 Scotts here!

Scott B

Yup Scott P.

Your turn to come south.

Julie

Good night all. Merry Christmas.

Scott P

I suppose it 'tis. Love the time lapse of your tree!

Scott P

I'm headed to bed. Merry Christmas, all you wonderful people.

Scott B

Thanks. I did that last year.

So when are you coming down? :-)

Where are you traveling at 4:30 AM?

Gail, what happened to that great video?

Scott B

Ooops. As I figured. A YouTube issue. :-0

gail

Scott B, YouTube is overloaded, so it comes and it goes.

JWebb

"It's JWebb outside in a white suit." Heh - with hair and beard to match. But being overloaded, I come and go. Night all. Merry Christmas.

CraigC

Cool! Hand grenade tree ornaments!!

I read an interesting article about that song. It was written for Judy Garland's character in "Meet Me in St. Louis," and it was originally very dark. Kind of an "..eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we die" thing. If you know the plot of the movie, you'll get that. They kept having to go back to Ralph Blane to say, "Er, could you lighten this up a bit?"

gail

The framing clip is from Meet Me in St. Louis.

I had a friend that said she'd seen somewhere that they told Judy her dog died to get her to cry in that scene. I don't know if that's true or not, but she did seem really upset in the movie.

Den of Imp Shell (Pixie)

I knew there was a reason I didn't watch this... because now I am sitting here in a too-quiet house bawling my stupid heart out like a complete and total fool.

God.

It's been a long year.

OUT.
