Liturgical referees!

Woot! The Curt Jester brings us cafflix some awesome news:

Francis Cardinal Arinze the Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments has introduced a new program that will surely have an effect. The recently created position of Liturgical Referee has been instituted to help to bring uniformity to the celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

Here are some of the signals, so you'll know what's going on if a liturgical referee turns up at YOUR church.
