Got this video of an Icelandic crab boat from Maggie's Farm, which got it from Belmont.

They do that on purpose so the crabs can throw themselves into the ship's refrigerated holds. If you try to get them to board on the gangplank they'll never come. You'd know this if you lived in crabbing country like I do.
