No, nothing wrong with it, really, just too many space age polymers in it for me. I try to buy stuff that when you read the label, you can actually understand what's in it.

Green tea always tastes like spinach if you steep it too long. Thirty seconds max.

Gail,...Your green tea tastes better than mine does! My green tea has a kind of metal after taste... It is so good for you though???

That metal aftertaste is what I think of as a spinach taste. (Overcooked spinach). I'm not crazy about green tea, but if you steep it for no more than 30 seconds, you should be able to avoid the nasty aftertaste.

You're right, Gail. The tannins in unfermented tea can be really nasty. And you should never, never wring out your tea bag or loose tea. That's a huge no-no.

A little science note for the campers of the group. Next time your camping and have a nice camp fire going get a handful of the powdered coffee mate and throw it into the flames. It combusts like flash powder.
