2 almond biscotti
tea w/milk and sugar
1 cup of gajar halwa (Indian grated carrot dish) mixed with a couple tablespoons of plain, nonfat yogurt -- YUM. I think my beta keratine needs for the day have been amply filled.

soft beef taco with pico de gallo
tortilla chips with salsa (not too many of them!)
Dinner
penne with scallops and broccoli
black cherries
one-mile walk
Grapes and a piece of chicken for lunch today. Oh, and a few pita chips in some home made hummus. I need to swim some serious laps.
