'Seeked'? And I'm a little bummed to know we're in the 'dusk of mankind'. Nice concept, though. Even today's static towers are beginning to look a little like the rotating towers shown here. Presumably you need to own the entire floor to have Rotation Rights.
This looks relly cool, but they better include dramamine as part of the deal. I might be able to watch from the outside but once indoors, it would be like being on the brink of having one too many adult beverages and throwing up. You know, when the whole room is spinning out of your control.
