They've had 37 years to get the coffee right but have never bothered to try.... Any number of places make much better coffee..but SB has always focused on driving out or buying out their competitors rather than outperforming them.. They make crappy coffee.. have high prices and slow service.. Before they bother with a 3 hour training session they'd better develop a new company mission statement.. Then again, is world coffee domination compatible with a quality product?
