High-fructose corn syrup is made with a grain that is forbidden for Passover, so Coke (and Pepsi) are selling kosher versions, which are, YESSS!, the kind you can still get in Mexico -- made with cane sugar. Look for the yellow cap for Coke and the white cap for Pepsi and be sure there's a P after the kosher symbol. Read more at Serious Eats.
Some of the Chevron stations here (in AZ) still sell the "sugar Coke" in glass bottles.

Surprisingly, we have a large Mexican community (in the middle of Illinois) because lots of Mexican families come down from Chicago -- we have better job opportunities and lower cost of living.
