It's too bad someone with some wit and originality didn't do the translation.. There are a number of these phonetic translations of Indian songs on the web.. They appear to all have been 'translated' by none too clever 9 year olds.. hence we get repeated lines like "we wanna poop on you.. Benny Lava" and "we wanna pee on us..Benny Lava" (Hahahahaha!!! Just a second.. let me catch my breath..ok.. whooo wee) As I said, top drawer 4th grade material.. obviously translated by potty mouthed Indian Southpark kids .. Them or Triumph the Insult Dog..
Forget Benny Lava; I wanna know who Ed is!

On the flip side, at least we know where Michael Jackson is hiding these days.. and that does kind of explain the presence of 9 year olds..

I don't think it would be as funny if it were done artistically or cleverly. This is the way I hear songs all the time. Totally nonsensical.

Don't you mean "if it was done artistically or cleverly," Miss Language Maven?
Wheeeeee........

No because it's contrary to fact in the present.
